Miriam Huffman Rockness

MIRIAM DAVID ROCKNESS was born in Massachusetts, where she spent her childhood until the age of ten. Then her family moved to Wheaton, Illinois. She attended Wheaton College and married her college sweetheart David Rockness. She and David have lived in Lake Wales, Florida, where he has been a pastor of The Presbyterian Church for the past thirty-one years. During these years they have raised three children, and Miriam has birthed three books on home and family. Besides Miriam's church and family activities she has been involved in her local community as a member of the Lakes Wales Community Choral. She serves as a teacher for the newly-formed community Bible Study for Women, and as a "mentor mom" for MOPS, an outreach ministry to young mothers.
